DIRA ERP, operated by Novel Cloud Ltd, provides a dedicated, isolated tenant architecture for every customer. We believe that your business data is entirely yours. We do not sell, rent, or monetize your operational, financial, or customer data to any third parties.
2. Information We Collect
We collect basic administrative information required to provision and manage your SaaS environment, including your name, corporate email, and Azure tenant details provided during the marketplace transaction.
3. Infrastructure Security
DIRA ERP is hosted on Microsoft Azure infrastructure. All data in transit and at rest is secured using industry-standard encryption protocols provided by the Azure ecosystem.
